Bryan Dull

Bryan Dull is currently working as a GIS Development-Team Leader at All Points Broadband. Prior to this, Bryan held positions at NRTC as a Sr. Fiber Design Technician and Fiber Design Technician II. Bryan has experience in database administration, ETL solutions development, geospatial analysis, process automation, and fiber broadband network design using GIS. Bryan also has research experience from positions at the University of Notre Dame and Indiana University South Bend. Bryan holds a Master's Degree in Cultural Heritage Management from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology and Philosophy from Indiana University South Bend.
