Janet Gouveia

Janet Gouveia is a highly experienced Senior Software Engineer with a robust background in software development and management. Currently with All Points Logistics since November 2022, Janet is part of the Software Configuration Management team for the Orion program. Previously, Janet contributed to the Orion Ground Based software team and simulation group at All Points Logistics from April 2015 to July 2021. Janet also served as the 2nd Vice President and Membership Manager at the Falcon Band Booster Club, focusing on upgrading membership directory software. Earlier experience includes a significant tenure at United Space Alliance from October 2004 to August 2011, where Janet applied Service Oriented Architecture technology and supported the Space Shuttle Flight Software. Janet also tested Space Shuttle cockpit avionics software as a contractor at Best Staff Technical Solutions and held a senior position at Intermetrics for over two decades. Janet holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Houston.
