Stephanie Sherby Edd

Stephanie Sherby, EdD has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and sectors. Stephanie'smost recent role is as the SVP/GM at All Points Logistics since September 2020. Prior to that, from 2017 to 2020, they served as the Director Of Transportation at COAST, where they provided creative and flexible leadership, implemented innovative solutions for operational excellence, and managed transportation operations.

From 2015 to 2016, Stephanie was the Director of Building and Grounds at City/Parish of Baton Rouge, where they developed and implemented a strategic plan, maximized leadership diversity, and planned organizational structure and functions.

Stephanie also has extensive experience in the military sector, including roles such as Brigade Commander at the 3d Transportation Brigade (Expeditionary) from 2014 to 2015, Chief of Staff and G-3, Chief Operations Officer at the 143rd Sustainment Command (Expeditionary) from 2013 to 2014, and Battalion Commander and Logistics Chief in the U.S. Army from 2007 to 2011.

Stephanie has also held positions in the United States Department of Defense, serving as the Commandant, Intelligence Community Support Office and Chief, Defense Intelligence Support Office from 2012 to 2013, and as the Chief, Operations Division, Defense Intelligence Agency from 2011 to 2012.

Earlier in their career, Stephanie worked as the Director of Operations at Universal Tape Co from 1992 to 2005, where they achieved a significant increase in gross profit and implemented a state-of-the-art computer system.

Stephanie Sherby, EdD, completed their Doctor of Education (EdD) degree in Organizational Leadership/Organizational Development from Grand Canyon University from 2017 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Management/Organizational Leadership from American Public University System from 2005 to 2007. Stephanie'searlier education includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida, which they completed from 1982 to 1986.

Stephanie Sherby's additional certifications include obtaining their NIMS and ICS certification from FEMA in January 2016. In December 2012, they completed a Crisis Management certification from the Department of Defense DAU/Harvard University. Stephanie also holds a Six Sigma certification obtained in December 2011. In April 2011, Stephanie achieved a Top Secret/SCI security clearance from the United States Department of Defense. Additionally, they have certifications as a Decision Making Process Instructor (MDMP) from the United States Department of Defense, a Department of Defense Child Advocate, and a Department of Defense - Suicide Prevention Instructor. Stephanie also holds certifications as a Parents Encouraging Parents - Instructor and Team Leader from the State of Alabama.
