Nicholé Carter Danley, B.S., LCDC has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of behavioral health and addiction treatment. Nicholé has held various leadership roles, including Director of Intake and Operations at All Points North since 2023, Director of Operations at Charis Behavioral Health from 2021 to 2023, and Director of Admissions at Fort Behavioral Health in 2021. Nicholé also served as the Manager of Intake and Payor Relations at Sabino Recovery | Trauma and Addiction Treatment Center in 2019 and as the Director of Finance and Organizational Development at Life of Purpose Treatment from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Admissions at The Ranch at Dove Tree in collaboration with Texas Tech University's CSAR from 2007 to 2016 and as a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor Intern at Managed Care Center- Detox Unit from 2006 to 2007.
