Nesdon Booth

Director of Media at All Power Labs

Nesdon Booth has worked in a variety of roles since 1970. Nesdon began their career in Building and Mechanical Trades, working in auto dealerships, bicycle shops, boat yards, home construction and remodeling. In 1983, they became a Set Shop Manager at Serrurier and Associates, and then again at Jet Sets in 1985. In 1990, they worked as an Exhibit Designer and Preparator for the Metropolitan Water District Visitor Center. From 1997 to 2003, they were an Exhibit Designer and Preparator for the California African American Museum, responsible for developing and co-designing temporary and traveling exhibitions. In 2003, they became a Pond Technician at the Oakland Museum of California. From 2005 to 2011, they were a Film Production Course Director at the LA Film School. Finally, from 2011 to 2014, they were an Instructional Designer at Schmience! and then Director of Media at ALL Power Labs, where they were responsible for graphic design and training materials, as well as engineering, R&D, marketing and operations.

Nesdon Booth's education history includes attending Full Sail University from 2011 to 2012, where they earned a Master of Science in Education Media Design and Technology. Nesdon also attended American InterContinental University from 2006 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Design and Visual Communications, Web Design. Booth attended Laney College from 2003 to 2005, studying Machine Technology. Nesdon also attended University of California, Los Angeles from 2000 to 2003, studying Screenwriting. Additionally, Booth attended Pierce College from 2000 to 2002, studying Graphic Design. Nesdon attended LACC from 1980 to 1985, studying Film Making. Booth also attended CSULA from 1970 to 1973, studying Art/Sculpture. Finally, they attended University of Washington from 1967 to 1970, studying Marine Biology and Oceanography.
