Michelle Arnold Dominguez

Michelle Arnold Dominguez has extensive experience in educational administration and program management, currently serving as the Associate Head of School for Enrollment and Community at All Saints Day School since November 2016. Prior roles include Director of Enrollment, Customer Experience Manager, and Communications and Training Manager at UC Davis, as well as positions at UC Davis Extension and CASA of Monterey County, where responsibilities encompassed development of training curriculums, volunteer recruitment, and program oversight. Michelle also held the role of Director of Development at Generations Community Wellness, focusing on fundraising initiatives, and worked as an Associate Event Planner at McKibben & Associates, Inc. and Communications Coordinator at Earthbound Farm. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Organizational & Human Resource Education from Oregon State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from UC San Diego.
