Jennifer Miller has extensive work experience in the field of education and social work. Jennifer started their career at Boys Hope Girls Hope in 1998, where they held various roles, including Program Director and National Director of Children's Services. In 2008, they joined Florence Crittenton as a School Social Worker and later became a Program Manager. Jennifer then worked at The Girls Leadership Academy of Arizona as the Director of School and Community Engagement. In 2012, they joined Washington Elementary School District as a School Social Worker, where they were a member of the administrative team and supported student success. Since 2014, Jennifer has been working at All Saints' Episcopal Day School, initially as a School Counselor and later as both the Interim Head and Head of Middle School.
