Elisse Battle

Elisse Battle currently serves as the Assistant Head of Middle School at The Packer Collegiate Institute since June 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Middle School Dean of Students at Collegiate School, and Upper School Learning Specialist and Equity and Inclusion Coordinator at Trinity School, NYC. Elisse has extensive experience in special education, having worked as a High School Learning Specialist at Georgetown Day School, a Special Education Teacher for grades K-4 at Arlington Public Schools, and an Inclusion Coordinator at Center City Public Charter Schools. Earlier career roles include Assistant Director and Special Needs Coordinator at St. Columba’s Preschool, a Special Education Teacher at Prospect Hill Academy Charter School, and a Behavioral Therapist at The New England Center for Children. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Moderate Special Needs from Simmons University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University at Albany.
