Ashray Silwal

In his All Star data analyst role, Ashray interprets data and analyzes the results to provide insights for the company so they can make smart business decisions.

Ashray previously interned at All Star in the summer of 2020, and he later worked at Expeditors from August 2021 to October 2022.

As an intern at All Star, he created various Power BI reports with visualizations that helped fulfill stakeholders’ needs and archived data to clear space from the database to ensure faster job completion times, among other duties.

At Expeditors, he designed and implemented new B2B integrated supply chain systems for a multitude of Fortune 500 companies like Toyota, Gap and Target. He also created strategies for the direction of technical solutions between the account management team and clients by providing clear technological insights and guidance.

His favorite part of working at All Star is the people, saying that everyone is very supportive and helpful, which is why he is back working as a full-time Data Analyst.

Ashray graduated from the University of Washington in July of 2021 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Informatics. (Go Dawgs!)

Outside of work, he enjoys staying active and exploring the outdoors.
