Joy Crenshaw

Joy Crenshaw is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as a Senior Managing Director and Head of Global Sales & Advisor Development at Nuveen, a TIAA company, since February 1997. In addition to this role, Joy holds the position of Advisory Council Chair at Women Investment Professionals (WIP) Chicago and serves as a Board Member for the Chicago Chapter of All Stars Project, Inc. Joy is an alumnus of Miami University, where a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology was earned, and completed the TIAA Top Talent Program between February 2020 and December 2021.
