Nick Thompson

Nick Thompson is a seasoned professional with extensive leadership experience in the technology and robotics sectors. As Co-Founder and CEO of BOW since December 2023, Nick is dedicated to transforming robotics software to enhance accessibility for developers. In addition, Nick serves as a Pro Bono Advisor at All Together since July 2023, assisting leaders of emerging companies. Previously, Nick held dual roles at One Beyond as both Board Advisor and CEO, where leadership spanned from 1997 to 2024, guiding the company from a small local development firm to an international consultancy with significant revenue and successful acquisitions. Earlier in their career, Nick co-founded DCSL Software, managing technical operations as Technical Director for a decade, and invested as a Non-Executive Director in Hospify, a secure messaging service for healthcare professionals.
