Susan Rothas

Susan Rothas is an experienced healthcare professional with a robust background in quality care and dementia programming. Currently serving as the Director of Quality Care at All Trust Home Care since July 2018, Rothas previously held the position of Director of Quality Life Programs at Lexington Health Network from February 2012 to June 2018, where responsibilities included overseeing dementia care programming and staff education across multiple communities. Additionally, Rothas worked as a Senior Program Manager at the Alzheimer's Association - Greater Illinois Chapter from February 2007 to December 2012 and served as Project Coordinator at Mather LifeWays from 2001 to 2007. Rothas earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Illinois Chicago from 1973 to 1978.
