Timothy McCleery is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product development, engineering, and management within the architectural and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the Product Development & Engineering Manager at All Weather Architectural Aluminum since August 2023, McCleery previously held the position of Sr Design Engineer at LaCantina Doors from November 2014 to September 2023. Prior to that, McCleery contributed as the Sales and Customer Service Manager at Architectural Traditions / Arcadia Custom from 2005 to 2014. Additional experience includes roles as Technical Manager at Rhino Linings USA and General Manager at JELD-WEN, Inc., where McCleery played a pivotal role in developing and patenting innovative products. McCleery holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Phoenix and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from San Diego Miramar College.
