Brian Montes is an experienced manufacturing professional with a strong background in operations and engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Manufacturing and Plant Manager at All Weather Insulated Panels since January 2021, Brian has previously held the role of Plant Manager at Kingspan Insulated Panels North America from September 2016 to January 2021. Additional experience includes positions as Operations Manager and Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Technetics Group, General Manager/Engineer at Focused Light Engraving, Engineer II at .decimal, LLC, and Operations Supervisor at UPS. Brian holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Engineering from Florida State University, completed in 2007.
