Charles Schafer has extensive experience in the building materials industry, particularly in marketing, product development, and business development. Charles'smost recent role was as the Director of Marketing & Sustainability at All Weather Insulated Panels, where they have been serving since 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Product, Marketing, and Business Development Manager at the same company from 2021 to 2023.
Before their tenure at All Weather Insulated Panels, Charles worked at Metal Sales Manufacturing Corporation as the CIA Program Director from 2017 to 2021. Charles also has experience at CENTRIA, where they served as a Product Manager for IMP, MMP, Custom Fabricated Products from 2016 to 2017, and as a Product Manager for Fabricated Metals from 2013 to 2016.
In addition, Charles has previous experience as a Sr. Product Development Engineer at Forms+Surfaces from 2011 to 2013, and as a Marketing Product Manager and Research Engineer at TRACO from 2006 to 2011.
Charles Schafer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, where they studied from 2003 to 2006. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business from 2007 to 2010, specializing in Operations, Strategy, and Marketing.
