Arthur Lee is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Specialist at All Weather Windows since March 2022, Arthur previously held significant positions at the City of Edmonton and Government of Alberta, focusing on compensation strategy and organizational design. Early career roles included human resources partnership, learning and development, and recruitment assistance within diverse sectors. Arthur holds a Human Resources Certificate from MacEwan University, a Master's degree in Education from Queen's University, and a Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of Alberta, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Calgary.
