Danielle Upton-Pepin

Danielle Upton-Pepin, MSOP, currently serves as a Human Resources Business Partner Specialist at General Dynamics Electric Boat since January 2024. Previously, Danielle has held multiple roles at the University of Saint Joseph, including Associate Director of Human Resources, Human Resources Generalist, Human Resources Specialist, Administrative Assistant, and Student Worker in the Provost Office from March 2011 to January 2024. Additionally, Danielle has been the Executive Director at Castle Church since January 2018, and has experience in patient care as a Patient Care Assistant at Hartford Hospital and Day Kimball Hospital. Academic achievements include a Master of Science in Organizational Psychology from the University of Hartford and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Saint Joseph.
