Mandeq Balah is an experienced Application Support Analyst currently employed at All Weather Windows since July 2023. Previously, Mandeq worked as a Full-stack Developer at CanAfrican Resource Consultants, where an oil simulation project was developed to assist clients in investment education. Mandeq also held the position of Front Office Administrator at Civeo North America, managing guest relations and administrative tasks from July 2021 to January 2022. Experience as a Customer Service Representative was gained at both Real Canadian Wholesale Club and Dickinsfield Food Mart, achieving notable sales and customer satisfaction milestones. Mandeq graduated with a degree in IT, specializing in Computer Software Development from NAIT between 2019 and 2023, and further enhanced skills at Zero To Mastery Academy in April 2023.
