Kristie Douglas

Kristie Douglas is the VP of HR & Administration at All Web Leads. Kristie is responsible for directing the "people functions" of AWL, including overseeing the recruiting and hiring processes, as well as managing payroll and benefits.

Her role is to focus on strategic resource planning so that the company continues to employ and hire the most talented people in the marketplace.

Kristie earned her bachelor's degree in elementary education from Millersville University in Pennsylvania.
