Prior to that, Jan completed a secondment as M&A Manager at Treasury Wine Estates Limited and worked as a Senior Transaction Tax Consultant at EY, where responsibilities included advising on M&A transactions in the European market and managing compliance projects. Jan's educational background includes a Master's degree in Applied Economic Sciences from Ghent University and a Master after Master in Tax Law/Taxation from Universiteit Gent, among other credentials in financial markets and modeling.
