Jan Keppens

Jan Keppens is a finance and international tax specialist with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and transfer pricing. Currently serving as Group Finance and International Tax Structuring Director at All Yield SA since December 2022, Jan previously held the role of Transfer Pricing Manager at Deloitte from July 2019 to March 2023, focusing on M&A projects, due diligence, and financial modeling. Prior to that, Jan completed a secondment as M&A Manager at Treasury Wine Estates Limited and worked as a Senior Transaction Tax Consultant at EY, where responsibilities included advising on M&A transactions in the European market and managing compliance projects. Jan's educational background includes a Master's degree in Applied Economic Sciences from Ghent University and a Master after Master in Tax Law/Taxation from Universiteit Gent, among other credentials in financial markets and modeling.
