Richard Plows

Richard Plows has had a diverse work experience in finance and tax roles across several companies. Richard began their career at 3M as a Tax Accountant before moving to KPMG International as a Manager in Global Markets Tax. Richard then joined KPMG as a Manager in M&A and International Tax. Plows later worked as an International Tax Manager at Bunzl and a Tax Senior Manager at Liberty Global. Currently, they are working at All3Media, where they have held roles as Group Head of Tax, Group Head of Tax & Treasury, Finance Director & Head of Tax, and presently Vice President of Finance.

Richard Plows completed their education at various institutions. Richard first attended the University of Exeter from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance. Following this, they pursued professional certifications, becoming a Chartered Accountant through ICAS - The Professional Body of CAs and a Chartered Tax Advisor through the Chartered Institute of Tax. Richard obtained both certifications in 2009 and 2008 respectively.
