Dirk Thiele

Dirk Thiele has extensive experience in service operations and IT management, currently serving as the Head of Service Operation at All4Labels - Global Packaging Group since July 2020. Prior to this role, Dirk Thiele worked at Hamburg Süd from 1999 to July 2020, where Dirk progressed through several positions including Manager of Service Operation Processes, Interims Senior Manager of IT Service Management, and Team Lead of Service Operations. Key responsibilities included managing incident and problem management, service desk operations, change and configuration management, as well as ITSM reporting. Dirk Thiele began their career at Hamburg Süd as an Email & Internet Administrator and an IT-Organizer EDP on Board, focusing on the design and administration of IT systems and applications within the company and on vessels.
