Fabian Grimm

Fabian Grimm is currently the Global Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) Manager at All4Labels - Global Packaging Group. Previously, Fabian worked as a Trainee Health & Safety at Ferrero and as a Lecturer in Business Psychology at iba - Internationale Berufsakademie. Fabian conducted their Master Thesis on psychological safety in the maritime industry at Jumbo Maritime and their Bachelor Thesis on psychosocial risks at DuPont Sustainable Solutions. Fabian has a Master of Science in Psychology (Conflict, Risk & Safety) from the University of Twente and a Bachelor of Science in Intercultural Business Psychology from Hamm-Lippstadt University of Applied Sciences.
