Guido Ianniello

Guido Ianniello has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Guido is currently working as the CFO for Italy at All4Labels - Global Packaging Group since March 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Business Excellence for Southern Europe at the same company from December 2019 to February 2022.

Before joining All4Labels, Guido worked at All4Labels Italy, where they held the position of CFO Italy NMS from April 2018. Guido also served as a Finance Manager, supporting top management and shareholders in various areas such as IT, supply chain, sales, reporting, and business development. During their tenure, they played a key role in obtaining the Italian Stock Exchange ELITE qualification, restructuring the administrative and finance department, and improving the finance community's reputation. Guido also supported the issuance of the "Minibond" financial instrument listed on the Italian Stock Exchange. Guido's association with All4Labels Italy started in February 2015 and continued until March 2018.

Prior to that, Guido worked as a Management Consultant for M&A at Studio Ianniello from February 2014 to January 2015. In this role, they handled management consulting projects related to financing innovation, business plans for organic growth, M&A, compliance, internal audit, and controlling systems for mid-sized companies.

Guido's professional journey began at KPMG S.p.A., where they worked as an Assistant from October 2010 to September 2011. Guido also had a short-term engagement as a Visiting Student at Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam from August 2009 to December 2009.

Guido Ianniello has a strong educational background in the field of economics and business management. Guido obtained a Laurea Triennale (Bachelor's degree) in Economia Aziendale - Management Internazionale from Luiss Guido Carli University, where they studied from 2004 to 2007. Guido further pursued their education at the same university and earned a Laurea Magistrale (Master's degree) in Economia e direzione delle imprese from 2008 to 2010.

In addition to their academic degrees, Guido Ianniello has also obtained several certifications. Guido completed a certification in Leadership: Practical Skills from LinkedIn in September 2023. In June 2022, they acquired a certification in Digital Transformation from LinkedIn as well. Guido has also completed certifications in Foundations of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0) and RPA, AI, and Cognitive Tech for Leaders, both from LinkedIn, in February 2022. In May 2013, they obtained a certification in Abilitazione alla professione di Revisore contabile (Certification for the profession of Auditor) from Ministero dell'Economia. Moreover, in August 2012, they obtained a certification in Abilitazione alla professione di Dottore Commercialista (Certification for the profession of Chartered Accountant) from Ordine Dottori Commercialisti e degli Esperti Contabili di Nocera Inferiore.
