Matthias Michel

Matthias Michel has a strong background in the packaging industry, with several leadership roles throughout their career. In their current position as VP Global Technology and Engineering at All4Labels - Global Packaging Group, they are responsible for overseeing technology and engineering operations on a global scale. Prior to this, Matthias served as the Plant Manager at All4Labels Lübbecke GmbH, where they managed the plant's operations from 2017 to 2021. Matthias also held the position of Geschäftsführer at X-label, where they were responsible for full P&L management, business development, restructuring, and EBITDA improvements. Matthias gained expertise in RFID manufacturing and LEAN management as the Operations Manager Labels & Tags at Avery Dennison. Matthias began their career as the Assistant to the Management at Druckerei C.H.Beck.

Matthias Michel attended Hochschule der Medien Stuttgart from 1998 to 2002. During this time, they completed a degree in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen and obtained a Diplom-Ingenieur.
