Paola Iannone

Paola Iannone has extensive work experience in the packaging industry. Paola is currently the VP of Marketing and Communication at All4Labels - Global Packaging Group, a position they have held since September 2020. Prior to this role, Paola served as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing Southern Europe at the same company, starting in December 2019.

Before joining All4Labels, Paola was the Managing Director of Sales in the Flexible Packaging Division at Nuceria from January 2018 onwards. Paola also held several roles at Nuceria Group, including Sales Director for Shrink Sleeves and Director of Marketing.

Paola's work experience at Nuceria also includes being the Director of Sales for the Folding Boxes Division, where they were responsible for overseeing the construction of a new division and implementing a sales strategy that generated a 15 million Euro turnover. Additionally, they served as a Senior Sales Director in the Flexible Packaging division and a Sales Director for the pharmaceutical market, successfully strategizing and acquiring new clients resulting in significant turnover growth.

Throughout their career, Paola has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a focus on driving sales growth and profitability. Paola has also been involved in various marketing and communication initiatives, including developing corporate communication strategies and organizing internal and external events.

Paola Iannone completed their education at Università Bocconi from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Laurea Specialistica in Giurisprudenza degree with a focus on Diritto (law).
