Zeno O.

Zeno O. serves as the VP of Human Resources at All4Labels - Global Packaging Group since May 2021, leading HR functions globally and focusing on professionalizing HR departments, talent management, and aligning leadership frameworks with company values. Zeno holds additional roles as a Commission Member for the Federazione Gomma Plastica, Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for Fondo Gomma Plastica, and a member of the Compliance Committee at INTERPORTO PADOVA S.P.A. Previously, Zeno worked at Teva Pharmaceuticals as Associate Director of Total Rewards for Southern Europe and held various HR and IT management positions at GE Capital, Alcoa, GlaxoWellcome, and Gom.Pla. Zeno’s educational background includes a degree in Mathematics from Università degli Studi di Padova, and further studies at ISTUD Business School.
