Tesla Rindels is an accomplished professional in healthcare marketing and business development, currently serving as the Senior Director of Strategy and Market Development for the New Jersey Region at Allaire Health Services since December 2024. Previously, Tesla held various leadership roles at Windsor Healthcare, including Regional Director of Marketing and Business Development and Director of Admissions and Marketing. Experience also includes positions as Director of Marketing at Rose Mountain Rehab and Care Center, Clinical Community Liaison at The Francis E Parker Memorial Home, and Director of Community Relations at CareOne Management LLC, among others. Early career involvement included roles as a Discharge Planning Assistant at Saint Peter’s Healthcare System, Survivor Advocate at The Willow Domestic Violence Center, and Teaching Assistant at Hilltop Child Development Center. Tesla earned a Bachelor of Social Work in Social Welfare from the University of Kansas in 2016.
