Mathabatha Malete

Mathabatha Malete is an experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership and innovation. Currently serving as a Fellow at Awareness 360, Mathabatha also holds multiple roles at the University of Cape Town, including Class Representative for INF2009F Systems Analysis, Induction Leader, Student Mentor, and Secretary General of Carinus Residence. As the Founder and CEO of AstroGreenWorld, a youth-led green-tech initiative addressing environmental challenges, Mathabatha emphasizes sustainable development goals 8, 9, 11, and 12. In addition, Mathabatha is a Candidate Fellow at the Allan Gray Orbis Foundation and the Founder and Executive Director of the Destiny Achieve Foundation, which focuses on providing educational opportunities and mentorship to high school learners in underserved communities. Mathabatha is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems and Finance at the University of Cape Town and is also participating in a Global Leadership Program by Harvard Business School at the Aspire Institute.
