Neo Ntholeng

Neo Ntholeng is an emerging leader in entrepreneurship and social impact, currently serving as a Candidate Fellow at the Allan Gray Orbis Foundation since February 2022. This fellowship emphasizes the development of an entrepreneurial mindset among participants. In 2024, Neo was recognized as a Top 100 Changemaker by the Moonshot Platform and a Top 10 winner at the Nedbank YouthX Awards, acknowledging contributions to addressing global challenges and supporting youth empowerment, respectively. Additionally, Neo participated in the START Fellowship Accelerator and the Aspire Leaders Program, engaging in leadership development alongside peers from diverse backgrounds. Neo is pursuing a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering at the University of Cape Town, expected to complete in March 2027.
