Vuyo Makhuvha

Vuyo Makhuvha serves as the Chief Commercial Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, Head of Strategy and Growth, and Business Strategy Manager at August Robotics since September 2019. Vuyo Makhuvha drives global strategy and growth, supporting sales teams in client relations and developing an understanding of client needs for robot functionality improvements. Vuyo Makhuvha has been a Fellow at the Allan Gray Orbis Foundation since January 2012 and previously worked as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company from September 2017 to August 2019, where contributions included driving growth transformations and strategic initiatives across multiple regions. Vuyo Makhuvha holds a Master of Philosophy in Mathematical Finance and a Bachelor of Business Science in Actuarial Science from the University of Cape Town, and completed high school education at St Andrew's School for Girls.
