Troy Lomberg

Troy Lomberg has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Troy started their career as a Senior Support Consultant at Dimension Data in 1998 and worked there until 2002. Following that, they joined CCI Technologies as a Network Engineer for a brief period from November 2002 to June 2003. Troy then worked as a Server Engineer at Matsco Solutions from July 2003 to September 2004. In 2005, they joined Vodacom as a Backoffice Server Engineer for a few months. Since 2006, Troy has been associated with Allan Gray Proprietary Limited, where they have held various roles including IT Server Support Team Lead, IT Infrastructure Operations Manager, Manager: Cloud Computing Services, and currently serves as the Head of IT Infrastructure and Support. Their experience in the field of IT infrastructure and support is extensive and covers a wide range of responsibilities.

Troy Lomberg completed the Leadership Development Programme (LDP) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Allan Gray Limited in 2010-2012. Prior to that, they pursued a Bcom Honours in Information Systems from the University of the Western Cape in 2008-2009. In 2005-2006, they obtained an MCSE 2003 certification from IT Business Campus, and in 1997-1998, they completed a Diploma in Cobol Programming from Choice 1 Training Centre.
