Rob Schwear is an experienced professional in the asphalt industry, currently serving as the Area Manager for Allan Myers Inc. since July 2008, where responsibilities include overseeing Virginia asphalt operations and expanding the company's footprint with the addition of four new locations. Previously held the role of Director of Asphalt Operations, managing and streamlining operations across four states. Earlier positions at Allan Myers Inc. include General Manager for the Richmond market, Area Operations Manager, Superintendent, and Field Manager. Rob Schwear began their career as a Plant Operator, first at Great Valley Materials and later at Slusser Brothers Trucking, where daily operations and management of asphalt facilities were key responsibilities.
