Shane Smith

Shane Smith is an experienced quality management professional currently serving as Quality System Manager at Packaging Corporation of America since May 2023. Prior to this role, Shane held the position of Quality Manager at ESAB from September 2021 to May 2023 and at Church & Dwight Co., Inc. from July 2011 to September 2021, where responsibilities included quality management and engineering roles. Additionally, Shane contributed to education as an Adjunct Faculty member at HACC from January 2013 to December 2016. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Chemistry from the University of Utah (2009-2011) and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from York College of Pennsylvania (2006-2009).
