Daniela K. Deml

Daniela K. Deml is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT transformation, digital ethics, and agile coaching. Currently serving as the Head of IT Agile & People at Allane Mobility Group since September 2022, Daniela drives IT transformation from both process and people perspectives. Prior to this role, Daniela worked at Digethic GmbH, focusing on digital transformation, new work methodologies, and agile project management. Previous positions include account executive at ATOSS Software AG, strategic marketing and sales at ModulaTeam GmbH, and innovation consultant at Kukla Associates GmbH, where Daniela mentored tech startups. Daniela began the career as a sales and marketing intern at Verimatrix. Daniela holds a Bachelor of Engineering in mechanical engineering, business, and biotech from Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences, along with additional studies abroad at San Diego State University and a summer school program at the University of Plymouth.
