Michelle Packey Dietrich has over a decade of experience in nursing, primarily focused on hospice and palliative care. Currently serving as an RN Triage OnCall at Allay Home & Hospice, Inc. since February 2015, Michelle is responsible for providing critical support and care coordination for patients in need. Prior to this role, Michelle worked at Gentiva (Odyssey) Hospice from September 2010 to February 2015 as an RN OnCall and Lead Triage, where responsibilities included overseeing triage operations and ensuring quality patient care.
