Heather Dodge

Heather Dodge is an experienced total rewards professional currently serving as Director of Total Rewards at Allbirds since September 2022. Previously, Heather held the same title at Vacasa and served as Faculty Instructor for Total Rewards at Portland State University’s Center for Executive and Professional Education from March 2017 to April 2022. Additional roles include Manager of Global Total Rewards at Mercy Corps and various managerial positions related to total rewards and benefits at KinderCare Education, Ecova, Qorvo, Inc., ESCO Corporation, Quiksilver, Inc., and The Regence Group. Heather holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Oregon.
