Mariah Hay

Mariah Hay is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in product management, user experience, and design leadership. Currently serving as CEO and Co-Founder of Allboarder since May 2023, Mariah focuses on automating onboarding processes for HR professionals. Previously, Mariah held significant roles at Help Scout as CXO, overseeing global engineering and product development, and at Pluralsight as SVP, Head of Practices, where leadership led to substantial revenue growth and diversity improvements. Other notable positions include advisory roles at Cube, Deepgram, and Skills Matter, as well as teaching design management at Savannah College of Art and Design. Mariah holds an MFA in Industrial Design and a BA in Studio Art.
