Fan Yang

Fan Yang is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in capital markets and investment banking. Currently serving as a 内核 (Core) for capital market business at 锦天城律师事务所 since February 2022, Fan Yang has overseen quality control for over 200 financing project applications, including corporate bonds and REITs. Previously, Fan Yang held the position of Vice President in Investment Banking Division at AJ Securities, focusing on client financial disclosures and analysis. Earlier experience includes roles at PwC, where significant contributions were made to IPO engagements, and as a project consultant for the South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Operational Research from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics.
