Gordon Tsang

Gordon Tsang is a seasoned legal and finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance. Currently serving as a Partner at Stevenson, Wong & Co. since September 2015, Gordon specializes in Hong Kong and US IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, and compliance for listed companies. In addition to this role, Gordon holds numerous positions including Partner at AllBright Law Offices, Non-Executive Director at Crosstec Group, and multiple independent non-executive director roles at various firms, including Skymission Group Holdings Ltd and Zijing International Financial Holdings Limited. Gordon also serves as Company Secretary for multiple companies and acts as an IPO Advisor for Ternary Fund Management Company. Gordon’s educational background includes a Master of Laws and a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne, along with a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from City University of Hong Kong.
