Bob Wilkey has a long and varied work experience in the insurance industry. Bob started their career at Aetna Field Claim Office in 1980, where they held various positions over a period of 11 years. In 1991, they became a Director at Aetna, leading a highly technical team specializing in auto and real property, catastrophe management, and vendor alliances and contracts. Bob joined The Hartford in 1996 as a Manager, where they designed and implemented a new Auto Physical Damage and Property Reinspection program. Bob then became an Assistant Vice President at The Hartford in 1999, responsible for catastrophe management and property. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as a Consultant at RJW Consulting before joining RJMW as the Director of Claim Operations from 2011 to 2015. Bob then moved to Worley Catastrophe Claims Service as the Director, Claim Operations from 2015 to 2017, and later became the Director of Flood Operation at Worley Catastrophe Claims Services from 2017 to 2018. Currently, they are serving as the Claims Director at Allcat Claims Service since 2018. Throughout their career, Bob has demonstrated expertise in claim handling, catastrophe management, and vendor alliances.
