Ian Reason MBE

Ian Reason MBE is the Senior Vice President and President of Barnes Aerospace, a position they have held since May 2, 2022. Previously, Ian served as the Operating Company President of Triumph Mechanical Solutions, Interiors & Structures, overseeing a P&L of approximately $580 million across 15 sites. With a rich background at BAE Systems, they played key leadership roles on the F-35 program and were the Vice President for Military Business Development. Ian dedicated 24 years as a commissioned officer in the Royal Navy, specializing in aircraft engineering and receiving recognition as a Member of the British Empire. They hold multiple advanced degrees in aeronautical engineering and defense studies from esteemed institutions.
