Tonja Smith

Tonja Smith has a diverse work experience in the healthcare sector. From 2011 to 2016, they worked at UPMC as the Director of Operations. Starting from 2014, they also served as the President of the Pittsburgh Chapter at the National Association of Health Services Executives until 2019. In 2016, Tonja became the Chief Executive Officer at Allegheny Community Home Care, where they oversee the administration of residential homes for intellectually disabled individuals. Tonja is responsible for strategic planning, development, operations, sales and marketing, customer service, human resources, administration, and P&L performance. Tonja also drives new business development through analyzing patient needs and requirements to enhance quality care and revenue.

Tonja Smith holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University. Tonja also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Morris Brown College.
