Tonja Smith has a diverse work experience in the healthcare sector. From 2011 to 2016, they worked at UPMC as the Director of Operations. Starting from 2014, they also served as the President of the Pittsburgh Chapter at the National Association of Health Services Executives until 2019. In 2016, Tonja became the Chief Executive Officer at Allegheny Community Home Care, where they oversee the administration of residential homes for intellectually disabled individuals.
