Deborah Lukus

Deborah Lukus serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at the Allegheny Conference on Community Development, a position held since August 1996. In this role, Deborah provides strategic leadership in human resource management, overseeing functions such as salary and benefits administration, performance management, recruitment and retention, and employee relations. Responsibilities also include the development, recommendation, and implementation of policies and programs to ensure effective staff management. Prior to this, Deborah was the Vice President of Administration at the Pittsburgh Technology Council from 1989 to 1995.
