Andrew Herreria

Andrew Herreria is an experienced human resources executive with a robust career spanning over two decades in the entertainment and media industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources for Feature Animation at Netflix since April 2024, Andrew previously held similar senior HR roles at Paramount (2019-2024) and 21st Century Fox (2010-2019), overseeing multiple divisions in both domestic and international markets. Andrew has a strong background in conflict resolution and strategic human resource planning, complemented by expertise in various areas across numerous lines of business. Additionally, Andrew's educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management from the University of La Verne.
