Willy McKain

Willy McKain currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at the Allegheny Conference on Community Development, overseeing internal operations including Human Resources, Investor Relations, Information Technology, and Facilities Management since February 2023. Previously, as Allegheny County Manager from August 2012 to February 2023, Willy McKain managed the operations of twenty departments within a budget exceeding $2.2 billion and supervised over 5,000 employees. In an earlier role as Assistant to the Superintendent for Finance & Operations at Baldwin-Whitehall School District from October 2009 to July 2012, responsibilities included oversight of non-academic functions and participation in major construction projects. Willy McKain also served as Director of Finance for the Municipality of Mount Lebanon from July 2003 to September 2009, handling all financial matters and ensuring compliance with government accounting standards. Willy McKain holds bachelor's degrees in Accounting and Business Management from Robert Morris University.
