Jonathan Potts

Jonathan Potts has a diverse work experience in various communication and media-related roles. Jonathan is currently serving as the Vice President of Communications for the Allegheny County Airport Authority, where they oversee communications for the Terminal Modernization Program at Pittsburgh International Airport. Prior to this, Jonathan worked at Robert Morris University in multiple roles, including Vice President of Public Relations and Marketing, Associate Vice President of Public Relations and Marketing, and Senior Director of Public Relations. Jonathan also has experience working at Carnegie Mellon University as the Director of Media Relations for the College of Humanities and Social Sciences. Before their university positions, Jonathan worked as a freelance writer and editor for several publications, including the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette and Pittsburgh Business Times. Jonathan began their career as a staff writer and bureau chief for the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review, where they covered various beats such as politics, business, features, crime, and education.

Jonathan Potts pursued their education starting from 1991 to 1995 at Westminster College (PA) where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Jonathan furthered their educational journey at Robert Morris University from 2009 to 2011, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership.
