Valerie Shafer has an extensive work experience in various fields and roles. Valerie currently works as the Director of Talent & Development at Allegheny County Airport Authority. Prior to this, they worked at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where they held several senior management positions, including Sr. Manager of Talent/Executive Recruiting Team, Sr. Manager of Internal Talent Sourcing & Optimization, and Sr. Talent Specialist.
