Daniel Muccio M.D. Faans

Daniel Muccio MD FAANS has served as the Division Chief of Neurological Surgery at Allegheny Health Network since April 2005, overseeing a team of eight providers. In addition to this role, Daniel has held positions such as Chief Medical Officer, Vice President of Medical Affairs, and Medical Director of the Spine Center and Gamma Knife Radiosurgery program, focusing on enhancing patient care and clinical management. Previous experience includes leading a private medical practice in neurological surgery and providing care at various hospitals. Daniel is also involved in community service as a board member of the Asbury Woods Partnership, promoting environmental education and protection. Daniel obtained an MD from the Medical College of Pennsylvania and a BS in Biology from William & Mary.
