Dima Fares Ayoob

Dima Fares Ayoob, CSPR, currently serves as the Manager of Contract Compliance and Payment Variance at Allegheny Health Network, a position held since July 2017. In this role, responsibilities include overseeing managed care contracting and the Epic contract build for both hospital and professional services. Ayoob previously held the position of Managed Care Contract Analyst Lead, training new team members and managing contract analysis within EPIC. Earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Epic Contract Analyst, where an innovative AI-automated Epic reporting system was developed, and as a Managed Care Contract Analyst, focused on the timely loading of insurance contracts and investigating payment variances. Prior to Allegheny Health Network, Ayoob worked at UPMC as a Price Estimate Analyst, creating high-volume price estimates for medical procedures, and as a Financial Assistance & Collection Specialist. Ayoob earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Lebanese University between 2002 and 2005.
